Fairfax has a great supply of food, everything from fruits, vegetables, croissants, and much more. The store has a nice look too; definitely a nice grocery option to see right around the corner in Cleveland!

Entering and especially exiting the grocery store is most convenient through E 103rd Street. There is actually an entrance and exit point on that side street. That way you don't have to worry about the "no left turn" on E 105. Overall I've had an amazing experience coming to this grocery store. I absolutely love the hours, the pricing the clean interior and exterior and the welcoming environment and very friendly staff. The 100% self checkout lanes work very well also. And their florist does an amazing job with the bouquets available. This Meijer has more flower/bouquet options than whole foods. More affordable prices than Daves. Very extensive wine selection. Wider operating hours than any other grocery store in NE Ohio. I am very happy with this addition to the neighborhood.

Immaculately clean. Everything has a good lay out and flow. Tons of inventory. Lots of space so you aren’t on-top of people walking around. I really do hope they expand their “grab and go” section. I can’t wait to come back and get lunch her more often.

* Drove by and a had to stop to check out this place. And I am glad I did. Lucky for people in Cleveland to have this store. It’s one of the best I’ve seen in US.

Absolutely gorgeous grochery store. The wooden signs for the aisle are beautiful. Very clean store & well organized. I think this should me the model store for others. I was very impressed. Such a relaxing atmosphere.

I frequent this location. I always have good experiences. I’m a fan of the baked goods from local small businesses. They showcase several black owned businesses. Friday Feb 13 was a special visit. It was packed with people shopping for their loved ones 💞 They usually carry a nice selection of 🪴/💐. They had many more for the “holiday”. They had stations set up throughout. Locally owned businesses were cooking & giving out samples. Everyone was so nice & cheerful! ✨

My family and I came to Fairfax Market for the first time. I order vegan wrap and coffee. Sydney made the best vegan wrap, and Khatina made the best coffee. We came back the next day. Thank you for the best and most professional service. When I come to visit again, this will be my store. Thank you, ladies

It was nice! The store was really clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the small selection of organic foods. But other than that it was good.

Fairfax Market is a really nice grocery store serving the east side Cleveland clinic/Opportunity Corridor part of town. The produce section is strong, the store is clean and easy to shop, and the prices are very reasonable, especially since it’s part of the larger Meijer chain. It doesn’t have the same huge selection as a full-size Meijer, but that’s understandable for a city market. For everyday groceries, fresh produce, prepared foods, and convenient shopping, it’s a great addition to the neighborhood. Also, each weekday has a different promoting. My 2 favorites are sushi Wednesday and Thursday is Seniors day, all people over 55 get 10% off.
